Dr. Ravi Mohan Roa is one of the best Neurosurgeon in Bangalore. Dr. Ravi Mohan Rao heads the neurosurgery department in Apollo Hospitals, Sheshadripuram. He is an alumnus of Bangalore Medical College 1981 Batch. He did his MS General Surgery (1991) from JN Medical College Belgaum. He obtained neurosurgical training from NIMHANS from 1991-1995. He was one among best of NIMHANS Neurosurgery Doctors.
The Challenge
Dr Ravi Mohan Rao, the Best Neurosurgeon in Bangalore wanted number of appointments to be increased over the call and through their other online media like website and social profiles. Also to gain a cutting edge over his local competitors, he had requirement to increase their Google My Business presence.
Since their area of practice had listed in various other local directories, and their NAP information’s synced over all medias, this also included establishing customer attraction through reviews and increasing website visitors.
The Solution
To ensure that the NAP (Name, Area, and Phone Number) was consistent across the web, we had to synch from over 30 directories. Through this Dr Ravi Mohan Rao’s business information was uniform across all online business profile medias, which allowed customers to reach the business accurately.
To inform the users about the services that are performed we posted two photos per week. Publishing post once per week, and uploading practice awareness images enabled potential customers to know more about Dr Ravi Mohan Rao’s practice area.
Since Google favors reviews for search engine optimization we made sure that the patients are kind enough to leave a review by prioritizing the review management in timely manner.
The Result
About in a month we started noticing the increase in reach to our Google My Business listing. So we could assume that the increase in traffic to our listing was a result of our effort to amplify our small business local listing.
We started getting 4-5 scheduled appointments or phone calls for services on a good days from various sources like Google Local search, google maps and other social medias. Also noted that “Call you” aren’t always accurate, because some people caal from another phone by copying the number or manually punch the contact number.
The Google My Business “message” feature also made sure we get 2-3 direct leads to registered cell phone. Several visitors landing on website was even productive by resulting scheduled appointment or an email for the required service and may visitors returned back to website on later days to book an appointment or find more information.
Total actions increased 102 in 4 months, 33 of those actions were people requesting directions and 50 of those actions were visitor had punch call you.
We had no doubt in that our effort resulted in more visibility for our business listing were we got total of 9700 views in a quarter out of which 3.4k views for Listing on Google Search and around 6.2k views from Listing on Google Maps.
Our business has a great deal of rivals. There are handfuls, if not many SEO agencies and website specialists inside a 25-50 km range. While we have been doing business for right around 8 years and buckling down on our own search promoting, the competition is furious.
Getting a couple of additional calls every week is an huge deal for us, we don’t take up each new client except if they are a solid match for us and genuinely believe we can help them.
